Doğru Yap, Etkili Ol

Dizlerin ayak parmaklarını geçmemesine dikkat et. Kalçanı geriye it, ağırlığı topuklarda hisset. Böylece hem etkili çalışır hem sakatlıktan korunursun!

Belini aşağıya düşürme, kalçanı da çok yukarı kaldırma. Omuz-diz hizası düz olmalı. 30 saniyelik düzgün bir plank, 1 dakikalık yanlış planka bedel!

Dirseklerini 45 derece açıyla geriye doğru bük, kollarını çok açma. Böylece hem göğüs hem triceps etkili çalışır. Kalçanı da düz tutmayı unutma!
